New Year Gentle Yoga Series

Live on Zoom | 12 Week Series | Thursdays 9 AM

Start the New Year with a practice that’s kind, supportive, and deeply nurturing, right from home. This 12-week online series will focus on:

  • Restoring balance after the busy holiday season
  • Improving flexibility and circulation
  • Strengthening gently from the inside out
  • Supporting your nervous system through breath work
  • Building consistency in your yoga routine

Each session is approachable, uplifting, and suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
