
High school can feel nonstop — long days, academic pressure, social stress, activities, and constant screen time. All of that can leave high school teens feeling tight, tired, anxious, and mentally overloaded.
This in-person class offers a calm, supportive space where teens can slow down, stretch out tense muscles, and learn simple breathing and relaxation tools to help them feel more balanced and at ease. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, students build strength, improve flexibility, and develop practical ways to manage stress — skills they can use at school, at home, and before exams.
No flexibility or yoga experience is needed. There’s no competition and no pressure to perform — just space to move, breathe, and reset.
