Middle School Yoga - Move and Unwind

Middle school is a time of big changes — growing bodies, busy school days, social ups and downs, and lots of energy. All of this can leave students feeling restless, tight, overwhelmed, or unsure in their bodies.

This in-person class offers a supportive space where middle schoolers can move, stretch, and relax in a way that feels good and not competitive. Through gentle yoga, simple breathing exercises, and guided relaxation, students build strength, improve flexibility, and learn calming tools to help with focus, emotions, and stress.

Classes are welcoming and encouraging, with no pressure to be flexible or “good” at yoga. Just space to move, breathe, and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

Perfect for active, wiggly, stressed, stiff, or screen-tired middle schoolers who need time to reset and recharge.
