Summer Yoga for Middle School Girls

A gentle and supportive summer yoga program designed for middle school girls, offering a space to move, unwind, and reconnect. Each session blends simple yoga, mindful breathing, and relaxation to help build strength, improve flexibility, and support overall well-being.

Students will also learn practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and build confidence in a calm, encouraging, and inclusive environment.
