
High school can feel nonstop — long days, academic pressure, social stress, activities, and constant screen time. All of that can leave high school teens feeling tight, tired, anxious, and mentally overloaded.
This in-person 8-week series offers a calm, supportive space for high school teens to learn tools to navigate high school.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, students build strength, improve flexibility, and develop practical ways to manage stress — skills they can use at school, at home, and before exams.
No flexibility or yoga experience is needed. There’s no competition and no pressure to perform — just space to move, breathe, and reset.
Perfect for stressed, stiff, sporty, or screen-tired teens who need time to recharge.
