You can sign up for our teen yoga classes in just a few steps:

  1. Choose the class your teen wants to join (Middle School or High School).

  2. Select whether you’d like a monthly membership or drop-in / class package.

  3. Click “Sign Up” on our website or reply to us via WhatsApp/email to reserve your teen’s spot.

Spots are limited to 10 students per class, so signing up early is recommended!

If your teen is traveling or cannot attend class, no worries!

  • Monthly membership: You can pause your membership for the month you won’t be attending. Just let us know in advance so we can hold your spot.

  • Drop-in / class packages: Since these are flexible, unused classes can be used later within the package validity period (3 months for 5-class, 6 months for 10-class).

Our goal is to make it easy for teens to continue their practice without pressure, even if schedules change.

Yes! Our teen yoga classes are perfect for beginners.

  • No prior yoga experience is needed.

  • Classes are gentle, non-competitive, and supportive, so teens can move at their own pace.

  • The focus is on stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation, not complicated poses.

  • Each class is designed to make beginners feel comfortable, confident, and included.
