This online breath-led practice is designed specifically for beginners, adults 50+ or anyone looking to create a mindful yoga practice.

The classes are slow-paced, supportive, and beginner-friendly, improving mobility, strengthening muscles that support the joints, and building balance and stability.

Each session includes gentle warm-ups, simple yoga flows, breath work, and relaxation so you leave feeling refreshed rather than exhausted.

Chair and wall support options are always offered, making the class accessible whether you are brand new to yoga or returning after a long break.
