Middle School Girls Yoga & Mindfulness Camp - Session 1

Length: 3 weeks

A supportive and engaging summer program designed to help teens build strength, improve flexibility, and develop simple tools to manage stress and feel more confident in their daily lives.

This 4-week camp introduces teens to yoga in a way that is approachable, practical, and relevant. Each session combines gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness to support both physical and emotional well-being.

Classes are designed to be welcoming and non-intimidating—no prior yoga experience or flexibility is needed.

What Teens Will Learn

  • Simple yoga practices to improve strength, flexibility, and posture

  • Breathing techniques to manage stress and calm the mind

  • Tools to build focus, confidence, and emotional balance

  • Format: In-Person

  • Bring: Yoga mat & Water bottle

  • Group Size: Maximum 12 Students (minimum 6 to start)
