A supportive and engaging summer program designed to help teens build strength, improve flexibility, and develop simple tools to manage stress and feel more confident in their daily lives.
This 4-week camp introduces teens to yoga in a way that is approachable, practical, and relevant. Each session combines gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness to support both physical and emotional well-being.
Classes are designed to be welcoming and non-intimidating—no prior yoga experience or flexibility is needed.
What Teens Will Learn
Simple yoga practices to improve strength, flexibility, and posture
Breathing techniques to manage stress and calm the mind
Tools to build focus, confidence, and emotional balance
